Summer Berry Parfait

 

I have been really loving all the berries that are in season right now! I ESPECIALLY love that these organic beauties have been on sale for a few weeks now.

In a effort to include a ton of fresh produce into our diets, we have been eating these yummy parfaits for breakfasts and snacks.

All you need are fresh berries, Greek yogurt, and granola.

We really like Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Granola.

I have used both plain and vanilla Chobani for this…I don’t mind the plain, but it is a hard sell for my kids.

Layer about 1/3 cup of yogurt at the bottom of a bowl (or mason jar…which is what I use when I assemble this at work).

Add a handful of berries…

1/4 cup of granola…

and repeat the layers.

This is a great way to get fruit and protein into the kiddos…and my husband.
